📦 Terms of Purchase

• Inco-Term: F.O.B (Freight on Board) — Surabaya Port, Indonesia

• Currency: USD (United States Dollars)

🛒 Minimum Order Requirement

• Minimum Purchase: USD 8,000 per shipment.

• Order Flexibility: You may combine items and quantities to fulfill the minimum.

• Recommendation: For best packaging efficiency, we suggest ordering over 100 pieces per size/design.

📋 What’s Included in Our F.O.B Price

• Standard Packaging (IC-MC):
  Packaging contents are determined by quantity. Even quantity orders are recommended.
  (Additional packaging materials, accessories, or special instructions may incur extra charges.)

• Trucking:
  Includes transportation from Bali to Surabaya Port.
  (If another port is requested, additional charges will apply.)

• Export Documentation:

  • IPL (Invoice Packing List)

  • COO (Certificate of Origin)

  • Bill of Lading

  • FLEGT / V-LEGAL Certification

  (Note: Any additional documentation required by your country must be arranged and paid separately by the buyer.)

• Fumigation:
  Included in the price.

📦 For LCL or Trial Orders (Under USD 8,000)

• We offer an Ex-Factory basis quotation.

• Goods are sold ex-factory; shipping, export documents, and logistics must be handled by your shipping agent independently.
